2.4 Account Closure
337x reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Providing false information or attempting fraud.
- Fraudulent activity or collusion (group cheating).
- Use of automated bots or software.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following payment methods are currently available for deposits on the 337x platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. You must provide accurate transaction details at the time of deposit.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must have sufficient balance before withdrawing and all applicable wagering requirements must be met.
3.3 Currency

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

New users will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (you must bet 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount).
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period expires.
- A bonus may only be usable on designated games or categories.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- One promotion cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback
The 337x VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond 0.8% weekly cashback. The policy on VIP tier changes is at the discretion of 337x.
5. Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 337x platform are conducted fairly and impartially. The outcome of each game is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No user or 337x staff member can influence these outcomes.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Intentionally exploiting any game error or bug for personal gain.
- Using automated bots, hacking tools, or any other software to operate games.
- Colluding with other players to cheat (collusion).
- Changing transactions or betting patterns within the game without system authorization.
